You see, Italy has hundred of varieties of cheese, just like France.
We enjoy Providence so much better than Boston for ease of city, friendliness, etc. Answer (1 of 7): You ask: What do Italians think of American Mac and Cheese The main problem is accepting that cheddar is cheese at all in the first place. I would definitely recommend the Providence, RI establishment. I think this is just part of the Capital Grille's service, which we've heard so much about but had never been. I don't think it was just because of our dogs that we were treated so wonderful. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming and everything, including the food was top-notch. We met a lot of nice people in the short time we were there. Everything done to perfection with charm, service and even an unexpected drink on the house. Bob went over and above to make our impromptu dinner at the Capital quite an amazing experience. What an unexpected surprise - the gentleman on the street who loved our dogs was behind the bar, which he immediately set out the red carpet for us. We requested service at the bar due to time constraints. The restaurant was just opening for dinner and we were quickly accommodated when we said we had a show to get to. Typically in Providence, we would do Italian but we opted to try the Capital Grille. After chit chatting for a few minutes, we wandered off and after leaving the dogs at the hotel, we ventured over to Capital Grille for an early dinner before the Newport Jazz Festival. On a recent overnight to Providence with our 2 dogs, we ran into a gentleman on the street that loved our BC's.
